Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video recording device capable of recording a program as if a removable recording medium were equipped, even when a removable recording medium is not equipped, and limiting the number of copies of the program to the removable recording medium.SOLUTION: A video recording device includes a drive control unit 320 for recording a program specified by program specification information contained in video recording reservation information in a recording unit 340, and recording the program recorded in the recording unit 340 on a disk specified by recording medium specification information contained in the video recording reservation information. The number of disks on which the drive control unit 320 can record the program is limited to a predetermined one.
