WORK COST ANALYSIS SYSTEM, METHOD, AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To grasp the amount of work for clients to analyze work costs for each client or of overall cost for an accounting firm, in a computer system of the accounting firm.SOLUTION: The system comprises: a job execution recording means which stores contents (date, the number of output forms, paper output or electronic file output) of a business form output job executed by one or more application programs on the basis of a user operation, into a job execution recording DB; a storage area storing a cost conversion DB that associates contents of the job with a cost required therefor; and a cost calculation means which refers to the job execution recording DB and the cost conversion DB to calculate the number of sheets and costs for paper or the electronic file, for each business form output job in a designated period.
