PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support a proposal of new merchandise introduction from a merchandise selling company to a customer by sharing information by a financial company and a merchandise selling company.SOLUTION: When concluding a contract, contract time customer information and contract time equipment configuration information for specifying the illumination system of a customer are stored to be shared in the storage means of a server 1 for the merchandise selling company and a server 2 for the financial company. A customer terminal 3 periodically transmits customer information and service charge information for a prescribed period and current equipment configuration information to the server 2 for the financial company, and when receiving the customer information and the server charge information and the current equipment configuration information transmitted from the customer terminal 3, and the received current equipment configuration information and the stored configuration information are different from each other, the server 2 for the financial company transmits the current equipment configuration information and the customer information to the server 1 for the merchandise selling company, and the server 1 for the merchandise selling company stores the current configuration information and the customer information.
