Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary knob wherein a sufficient inner space is secured despite installation of a decoration member, and after the installation, a light guide member is stabilized, and sufficient display can be carried out.SOLUTION: The rotary knob includes: a knob body 11 wherein a recess 22 is formed on the inner peripheral surface 21 of a peripheral wall section 20; a light guide member 30 having in sequence a light guide section 31, a restriction section 32, and a light emitting surface 33a; and the decoration member 40 having an engagement section 41 and a ring-shaped portion 42 covering the distal end of the peripheral wall section 20. The recess 22 is defined by a pair of facing surfaces 22a and a bottom surface 22b. The light guide section 31 is extended so as to be fitted between the facing surfaces 22a. The restriction section 32 protrudes in the circumferential direction and has contact sections 36 which are in contact at the distal ends thereof with the peripheral wall section 20. The ring-shaped portion 42 of the decoration member 40 is in contact at the distal end thereof with the restriction section 32 to prevent the knob body 11 and the light guide member 30 from moving relative to each other. The peripheral wall section 20 has a holding section 24 for sandwiching the light guide section 31 in cooperation with the bottom surface 22b. |
