Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition with which formed articles excellent in deep blackness and impact resistance without spoiling weatherability can be produced.SOLUTION: A rubber modified acrylic resin composition which is a resin composition comprising a rubber modified acrylic resin (A) having transparency of ≥85% light transmission in a molded body with 3 mm thickness and blended with carbon black (B), and is a deep black rubber modified resin composition with the carbon black having 10-40 nm particle size dispersed in the resin composition, is provided. Molded articles of the resin composition are suitable as appearance members requiring high class appearance and can be used for such members for vehicles and domestic electric appliances or films.
