Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controlling agent of the amount of neutral fat, a controlling agent of the amount of cholesterol, a controlling agent of the amount of a free fatty acid, an antiobestic agent and a hyperlipidemia-ameliorating agent that exhibit excellent controlling actions of the amount of neutral fat, controlling actions of the amount of cholesterol, controlling actions of the amount of a free fatty acid and antiobestic actions, are natural product-derived and highly safe and can be ingested as foods and drinks.SOLUTION: The controlling agent of the amount of neutral fat, the controlling agent of the amount of cholesterol, the controlling agent of the amount of a free fatty acid and the antiobestic agent comprise at least any one of protopanaxatriol, panaxatriol, protopanaxadiol and panaxadiol which are aglycones of dammarane saponin. The hyperlipidemia-ameliorating agent comprises at least any one of the controlling agent of the amount of neutral fat, the controlling agent of the amount of cholesterol, the controlling agent of the amount of a free fatty acid and the antiobestic agent.
