METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR MANUFACTURING CONCRETE COMPOSITION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for surely manufacturing a concrete composition in which a thickening admixture prepared by combining two kinds of water-soluble low molecular compounds and a chemical admixture for concrete are blended.SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the concrete composition, a tank of a water meter 27 is partitioned into a first and a second measuring tanks 27a, 27b, and after dilution water for diluting a first water-soluble low molecular compound selected from cationic surfactants is charged into the first measuring tank 27a and the water quantity is measured, the pre-measured first water-soluble low molecular compound is charged in the first measuring tank 27a, and a pre-measured second water-soluble low molecular compound selected from anionic aromatic compounds is charged in the second measuring tank 27b together with the chemical admixture for concrete and kneading water, to measure a unit water quantity charged in the water meter 27, and after that, the second water-soluble low molecular compound, the chemical admixture for concrete, and the kneading water are added into the mixture of cement and fine aggregate, and kneaded, and the first water-soluble low molecular compound and the dilution water are charged in this kneaded matter and kneaded.
