Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for machining an inner diameter of a work allowing highly accurate inner diameter machining with a simple constitution.SOLUTION: An inner diameter machining device 10 for a cylinder block 200 machining the inner diameter of a hole 202 formed in the cylinder block 200 includes a machining tip 34 arranged in such a way as to be in contact with an inner diameter surface of the hole 202 of the cylinder block 200 in a state the cylinder block 200 is rotated by a rotation driving mechanism 300, a moving mechanism 12 relatively moving the machining tip 34 with respect to the cylinder block 200 in the depth direction of the hole 202, a piezo actuator 42 moving the machining tip 34 forward/backward in the radial direction of the hole, and a control unit 16 controlling the voltage applied to the piezo actuator 42 so that the tip 34 is moved forward/backward according to the internal shape of the bore of a model block whose inner diameter has been machined already. The machining tip 34 is disposed between the piezo actuator 42 and the cylinder block 200.
