PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To output a normal video without outputting a video in which an error occurs when a viewer watches VOD contents in which an error occurs.SOLUTION: An error determining part 210 detects an error of data of VOD contents acquired by a VOD data acquiring part 201 via a network IF part 21. When an error is detected, the error determining part 210 outputs error starting part information to a data manager 220. After that, when the error is no longer detected, the error determining part 210 outputs error terminating part information to the data manager 220. Further, the data manager 220 specifies error data point, executes an error process for requesting re-transmission of the data at the error point and receiving new data, and shifts to a process of acquiring data again. In addition, the data manager 220 stores the acquired data in a data storing part 241 so as to specify the error point.
