Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal transmitter which prevents bias decline in the output of a transmission end.SOLUTION: The signal transmitter includes: first and second transmission parts for inputting input signals to a positive phase input terminal 1 and an opposite phase input terminal 2 in common and mutually outputting inphase output signals to a transmission line; capacitive elements 14 and 15 for connecting the output ends of the first and the second transmission parts; and resistive elements 12 and 13 for matching impedance with the transmission line and being connected as the DC load of the second transmission part. The first transmission part connects the input resistors 21 and 22 of an input stage on the reception side through the transmission line as the DC load. In this case, the first transmission part comprises NMOS transistors 8 and 9 to be a differential pair and a constant current source 6 for supplying a current to the differential pair, and the second transmission part comprises NMOS transistors 10 and 11 to be a differential pair and a constant current source 7 for supplying a current to the differential pair. |
