Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a light emitting device in which satisfactory image display can be performed by the inspection and repair of short circuits in defect portions of light emitting elements.SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a light emitting device is as follows. A current flows in the defect portions if a reverse bias voltage is applied to the light emitting elements having the defect portions, and emission of light which occurs from the current is measured by using an emission microscope, specifying the position of the defect portions, and short-circuited portions can be repaired by applying a laser to the defect portions.
