Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an information processor which is for reducing the power consumption quickly after the stop of supply of AC power.SOLUTION: A portable computer which includes a CPU 5-1 and operated by a DC power source device 1 includes: a charger circuit 4 which monitors supply of AC power to determine whether the AC power is supplied or not; and a power-saving start control circuit 6 which, when the charger circuit 4 determines that AC power is not supplied, performs such control that a CPU throttling state is set before a driving power source is switched to a DC power source.
