SAFETY CONTROL SYSTEM AND SAFETY CONTROL METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely control mobile objects, which enter facilities, by radio.SOLUTION: A safety control system 1 includes: stopping switches 2a-2d which are installed in correspondence to control-object areas A-D, respectively, and stop mobile robots 10 by radio; antennas 4a-4e which detect the mobile robots 10 entering the control-object areas A-D; and a control part which makes the stopping switches 2a-2d effective to the mobile robots 10 which are detected by the antennas 4a-4e, respectively, and stops the mobile robots 10, which correspond to the stopping switches 2a-2d, on the basis of the operation of the stopping switches concerned. In this case, the mobile robots 10 are detected every time the mobile robots 10 enter the areas, and the stopping switches 2a-2d are made effective to the mobile robots 10 concerned, and consequently the mobile robots, which enter the control-object areas, are safely controlled by radio.
