PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress listing of a facility unintended by a user at a position where the priority of a facility is high even when a facility whose degree of acknowledgement is lower is retrieved in a facility retrieval and display device for inputting the keyword of the destination (S100) to a navigation device 1 for a vehicle, and retrieving (S101) and listing (S106) a facility.SOLUTION: This facility retrieval display device is provided with: a switch information input means 4 to which a keyword is input; and a retrieval means for retrieving a facility including the keyword from a facility information database 20a to obtain a group 50a or 60a of the facility, and configured to perform name extraction to thin out general-purpose nouns and the reading Japanese syllabary of a name of place from the reading Japanese syllabary of the facility in the group 50a of the facility (S101 to S104), and to obtain a result 70a by rearranging name extraction results 60b so that the facilities whose reading Japanese syllabary includes only a character string completely matched with the keyword can be arranged from the priority position of the list.
