INSTRUMENT FOR MEASURING INTERNAL QUALITY OF PARTICULATE MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instrument for measuring the internal quality of a granular material, capable of properly measuring the internal quality of the granular material at various measuring places and moreover, capable of properly measuring the internal quality of the granular material, over a long period.SOLUTION: A spectral diffraction section 30 is equipped with a light projection means 1 for projecting measuring light toward a loading place P, where a granular material housing container U is allowed to be loaded; a light-receiving means 2 for receiving the light from the loading place P; a spectral diffraction means 33 for spectrally diffracting the light received by the light-receiving means 2 to be guided; and a light intensity detecting means 4 for detecting the intensity of light which is spectrally diffracted by the spectral diffraction means 33 at each wavelength; and an internal quality evaluation means 100 for calculating the internal quality of the granular material, on the basis of the detection result of the light intensity detection means 4 are housed in a portable casing W; and a loading location P is provided, in a state where the granular material housing container U can be inserted in and removed from the insertion and detachment hole 46 formed to the outer wall section of the casing W and a state demarcated by the inside of the casing W and partitioning walls 11D, 11B, 11L, 11U and 12.
