GARBAGE DISPOSAL DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a water use amount without disturbing disposal of a disposer, in a garbage disposal device provided with a sink for disposing garbages such as left foods disposed substantially simultaneously by a large number of persons as in an employee dining room, and for transferring the disposed garbages to the disposer with water, followed to be pulverized.SOLUTION: This garbage disposal device is provided with the long sink 1 having a wide opening and an inclined bottom face, supplies the water to a feed face 2 and a flow passage 3 from a water supply valve 7, transfers the fed garbages to a discharge part 6 along a sloped face, and makes the garbages flow into the disposer 10 connected to the discharge part 6, to be treated, the discharge part 6 of the sink 1 is formed into a funnel shape of an inclined plate 8 provided with a large number of water flow small-holes 9, an almost all portion of the large quantity of water flowing in for the transfer to the discharge part 6 is stored in a tank 12 through the water flow small-holes 9 of the inclined plate 8 before flowing into the disposer 10, and the water stored in the tank 12 is circulation-supplied through the feed face 2 and the flow passage 3 of the sink by a pump 16.
