Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve adhesiveness of a thermally sprayed film to the surface of a member on which a thermally sprayed film is formed.SOLUTION: A boring cutter body 5 is inserted into a circular hole 3 and moved in the axial direction while being rotated, thereby, a screw-shaped trough portion 11 is formed by a cutting tool 9 disposed on the top end outer circumferential part and, at the same time, a broken-out section 15 is formed by breaking the tip of a thread part produced by formation of the trough portion 11. Further, by using a wire electrode 17 disposed on the rear side of the rotation direction of the cutter body 5 for boring with respect to the bite 9, an electrical discharge machining is applied to the trough portion 11 to form a fine irregularity portion 41 having a finer irregular geometry than the broken-out section 15.
