CONTAMINANT TREATING AGENT IN LIVING ROOM SPACE, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD AND USING METHOD FOR THE SAME

In an another view, the stable pure water 4 may be regarded as a stable water 4 having an excellent oily component solubility and a water-repellency of exhibiting a higher water contact angle than pure water composed of purified water.
