Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent water accumulated in a bottom part of an underground tank from being fed.SOLUTION: A float valve 80 is provided on the lower end of a suction pipe 70A. The float valve 80 consists of a guide member 100 fixed to the lower end of the suction pipe 70A, and a cylindrical float 110 provided slidably on the outer side of the guide member 100. The cylindrical float 110 is formed in a cup shape, and set so as to realize the specific gravity heavier than that of liquid oil and lighter than that of water. When the water level L of water accumulated in the bottom part of an underground tank 20 reaches the height position substantially as high as the lower end of the guide member 100, the cylindrical float 110 rises so as to surround the circumference of a suction port 104 formed between guide parts 102, and closes the suction port 104. Thus, the float valve 80 turns closed, so that the lower end of the suction pipe 70A is blocked.
