Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust the position in the back and forth direction of a stay support bracket to a seat back frame without the need of changing the size of an intermediate bracket and to suppress cost of a die for an opening bracket.SOLUTION: At a headrest installation position of the seat back frame 1, a recessed portion 4 formed in the vertical direction and a roughly U-shaped opening bracket 2 attached to the recessed portion 4 and provided with an opening opened in a direction opposite to the side of the recessed portion 4 are provided. At a prescribed position from the opening side of the opening bracket 2, the stay support bracket 3 is mounted and is also fixed by welding or the like.
