Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a use-time constraint due to use of battery-based power supply for an LNB (Low Noise Block) circuit placed at a parabola antenna for receiving a satellite-television broadcasting. SOLUTION: The use-time constraint is eliminated by restricting the power supply for the LNB circuit 2 to an AC adapter 8 only. Presence or absence of the AC-adapter-based power supply is detected, and if the absence is detected, short-circuit detection information is not made effective and the state of setting the LNB circuit is not changed.
