CONTACT DESTINATION SELECTING APPARATUS, CONTACT DESTINATION SELECTING METHOD, AND CONTACT DESTINATION SELECTION PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technologies for automatically selecting a suitable contact destination in a system for making a contact to a plurality of contact destinations of telephone call or mail. SOLUTION: A compatibility table 3 records therein compatibility represented as a function of contact validity and a contact time. The compatibility table 3 is created for each contact destination. A contact destination determining means 2 refers to the compatibility table 3 to select contact destinations in an order of compatibility for the validity and the contact time of a transmission required contact. A contact transmitting section 4 attempts a contact to any contact destination through the contact destinations in accordance with the order of selections.
