PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely transmit information to a terminal device which is communication disabled of radio communication with a base station. SOLUTION: A communication control method for making a communication controller and the plurality of terminal devices communicate via a network includes a determination step for determining a communication state between the communication controller and each of the plurality of terminal devices; a specifying step of specifying the terminal device shifted from a communicable state to a non-communicable state on the basis of the communication state determined in the determination step; a selection step of selecting another terminal device which communicates with the terminal device specified in the specifying step; and a command step for commanding the other terminal device selected in the selection step so as to communicate with the terminal device specified in the specifying step.
