SOLUTION: The format conversion/meaning conversion part 4 of a data relay system 100A converts an inspection code included in medical information stored in a data temporary storage part 3 into an intermediate expression code under control by a control part 2 by following a conversion rule stored in a conversion rule storage part 7. The format conversion/meaning conversion part 4 of a data relay system 100B converts the intermediate expression code of conversion information stored in the data temporary storage part 3 into an inspection code to be analyzed by the system of the medical institution B of an output destination under control by the control part 2 by following the conversion rule stored in the conversion rule storage part 7.
