CLEANING METHOD OF DISPENSING NOZZLE, AUTOMATIC ANALYZER, AND CONTAINER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that much time and effort has been required since nozzle cleaning has been insufficient to require an operator to perform maintenance by manual work in a conventional method for cleaning a nozzle which dispenses a sample and a reagent by discharging a cleaning liquid to the external wall of the nozzle when stains adhere to the external wall of the nozzle. SOLUTION: The nozzle is made to access a cleaning container provided with a cleaning member inside to scrape and clean the external wall of the nozzle in the container. Since the external wall of the nozzle is automatically cleaned, the time and effort required for cleaning is eliminated. Since the external walls of nozzles can be cleaned by operations used in an analysis routine by controlling the cleaning container in such a way as to be transferred by a method similar to one for a regular sample housing container and a reagent container and the nozzle in such a way as to be vertically, reciprocally moved, scraped, and cleaned in the cleaning container, A simple mechanism without the need for a special mechanism for cleaning may also be made.
