Thus the hot water can be blocked by the rib 45 extending higher than the flange 44 on a mounting face, even when the hot water in the pot 32 leaks from a clearance gap between the resin cover section 33 and the metallic circular member 46, and prevented from flowing into the fitting 40 having the recessed section.
