Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving device which swiftly and accurately adjust a rotation angle position of an object, and further is high in operability and can be miniaturized. SOLUTION: The driving device 10 includes a rotating shaft 17 and an operation unit 30 for rotatively driving the rotating shaft 17. The rotating shaft 17 has a worm wheel 18 on the surface and is axially supported with a stationary member 13 so as to be rotatable. The operation unit 30 has a fixing member 31, a handle 32 and a worm 33. The fixing member 31 is fixed to the rotating shaft 17. The handle 32 is supported with the fixing member 31 so as to be rotatable around the axis extending in a roughly orthogonal direction to the axis of the rotating shaft 17.
