Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically remove a defective portion of a sheet and efficiently wind only non-defective sheets when the sheet has a defective portion in winding a sheet such as a plastic sheet. SOLUTION: When a long roll sheet S is rolled out for surface treatment, portions of the sheet preceding and succeeding a defective portion of the roll are sucked and fixed to the front and rear suction cups 7, 8, and the intermediate portion between them is cut. The front suction cup 8 sucking the non-defective sheet is moved backward in the sheet flow direction, and a defective sheet suction cup 25 arranged in the lower position is moved upward and aligned with the suction cup 7 of the previously cut defective sheet side, and an adhesive tape is attached to the intermediate portion. Then, the defective sheet is wound by a defective sheet winding shaft 20. After the defective portion is removed, the sheet is stopped again, the portions of the sheet preceding and succeeding the defective portion is sucked by the suction cups 7, 25, the intermediate portion is cut, and the suction cup 25 sucking the defective sheet is moved downward. Then, the previously moved backward suction cup 8 of the non-defective sheet side is moved forward and aligned with the suction cup 7, the adhesive tape is attached to the intermediate portion, and the non-defective sheet is wound by a non-defective sheet winding shaft.
