Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electron beam radiation cap sterilizing device which easily transfers caps and surely carries out a sterilizing process, and can be manufactured economically as a small-sized device. SOLUTION: A transfer passage for allowing caps 1 to move continuously therethrough is provided as a vertical transfer passage 10 that is set offset to a perpendicular by a given angle. Each of the caps 1 rotates to fall through the vertical transfer passage 10 while coming in contact with one inner surface of the vertical transfer passage 10. A permanent magnet frame 12 is disposed to encircle a part of the vertical transfer passage 10 provided with an electron radiating means 11. Electron beams are radiated from the electron radiating means 11 to sterilize the inner surfaces of the caps 1 as electron beams are reflected by a magnetic force from a permanent magnet incorporated in the permanent magnet frame 12 to change the beam direction to sterilize the cylindrical portions and top surfaces of the caps 1. At the lower end of the vertical transfer passage 10, a cap carrying-out means is disposed to intermittently carry out each of the caps 1 exposed to electron beams. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
