Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hybrid vehicle power transmission device securing a space for arranging a motor. SOLUTION: The hybrid vehicle power transmission device B is equipped with: an input shaft 1 to which power is input from an engine ENG; an intermediate shaft 2; a counter shaft 3; and an output shaft 4 parallel with the input shaft 1. The motor MG is connected to the counter shaft 3 so as to transmit power. Both of a main driving gear GMa of the input shaft 1 and a coupling driven gear GCb of the intermediate shaft 2 mesh with a main driven gear GMb of the counter shaft 3. Third and fifth speed driving gears G3a, G5a are selectively connected to and disconnected from the input shaft 1, and second and fourth speed driving gears G2a, G4a are selectively connected to and disconnected from the intermediate shaft 2. A reverse driving gear GRa is selectively connected to and disconnected from the counter shaft 3. A driven gear G23Rb being shared and meshing with the second speed, third speed and reverse driving gears G2a, G3a, GRa, and a driven gear G45b being shared and meshing with the fourth speed and fifth speed driving gears G4a, G5a are fixed to the output shaft 1.
