Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for improving convenience with respect to an electronic blackboard. SOLUTION: The electronic blackboard 1000 includes: an image forming part 100 that forms, as an image, a trace of a pen point of a pen tool 10 which is moved by a user on a board 200 and that projects/displays the image on the board 200; a blackboard tool including the pen tool 10 arranged for use in the board 200; a sensor 130 for acquiring tool information containing the positional information of the blackboard tool in the board 200; and a tool controller 320. The image forming part 100, when the blackboard tool is arranged on the board 200, projects and displays a virtual image where the blackboard tool is enlarged, at a position where the blackboard tool is arranged, on the basis of the acquired tool information.
