VACUUM VALVE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum valve to be used in insulating gas, having improved mechanical strength to achieve a longer mechanical life under repetitive fatigue even when there is a pressure difference between the inside and the outside of bellows. SOLUTION: The vacuum valve includes a cylindrical vacuum insulating container 1, a fixed side sealing fitting 2 and a movable side sealing fitting 3 sealed to both-end opening portions of the vacuum insulating container 1, respectively, a fixed side energizing shaft 4 fixed to the fixed side sealing fitting 2 while passing therethrough, a fixed side contact 5 fixed to the fixed side energizing shaft 4, a movable side contact 6 for contacting/leaving the fixed side contact 5, a plurality of movable side energizing shafts 9, 10, 11 fixed to the movable side contact 6 while passing through the movable side sealing fitting 3 in a movable manner, and the plurality of bellows 12, 13, 14 sealed to the movable side energizing shafts 9, 10, 11 across the movable side sealing fitting 3, respectively.
