Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive plate capable of restraining vibration by a simple constitution. SOLUTION: Since a plate body 32 and a ring gear 34 are contacted in the vicinity of a torque converter fastening hole 24 corresponding to a loop of the vibration generated in the drive plate 10, that is, in a contact part 38 being a central part between a joining part 26 and another joining part 26 adjacent thereto, the vibration of the drive plate 10 can be restrained by friction of both. Processing is facilitated since the plate body 32 and the ring gear 34 do not contact with each other in a predetermined range in the circumferential direction including the joining part 26 corresponding to a node of the vibration generated in the drive plate 10.
