The jacket material 4 includes a joint member 10 comprising a dam part 30 erectly provided in a circumferential direction to block another side of other jacket material 20a adjacent to longitudinal direction one side, and a flange part 40a extending from the dam part 30 in one direction and disposed between the other jacket material 20a and the heat insulating material 3.
