Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a non-water soluble liquefied fuel oil including a hydrocarbon from biomass with the yield of the non-water soluble liquefied oil fuel improved by converting an oxygen-containing compound in a liquefied fuel oil obtained after a liquefaction treatment into a hydrocarbon and converting a water soluble organic substance in a water phase into a hydrocarbon. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method for a non-water soluble liquefied fuel oil including a hydrocarbon comprises a step of subjecting a mixture of biomass including a lignocellulose, an organic solvent and water to a liquefaction treatment, a step of carrying out a dehydration treatment by contacting with a dehydration catalyst the mixture of the liquefied fuel oil including the organic solvent and the water phase including the water-soluble organic substance under pressure or a step of carrying out a hydrogenation treatment by contacting with a hydrogen in the presence of a hydrogenation catalyst the mixture of the liquefied fuel oil including the organic solvent and the water phase including the water-soluble organic substance under pressure simultaneously with the liquefaction treatment or after the liquefaction treatment, and a step of separating the non-water soluble liquefied fuel oil from the mixture after the dehydration treatment or the hydrogenation treatment.
