Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid pharmaceutical composition for parenteral administration. SOLUTION: This solid administration microimplant has an inner matrix containing at least a curative and a biodegradable and water impermeable coating covering a part of the surface of the inner matrix, and the inner matrix is a solid pharmaceutical composition for parenteral administration which is decomposed by contact with an animal tissue or a tissue fluid. The coating comprises a substance selected from the group consisting of a polyester such as polyglycol, a polylactide and a polylactide/polyglycolic acid copolymer (PLGA), etc., and the inner matrix may contain mannitol etc. as a binder, and the curative may contain insulin.
