Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protection circuit capable of setting a voltage between load terminals to be a prescribed voltage without determining the presence of connection of chargers in a reversal region. SOLUTION: The protection circuit includes an analog circuit for composing a series regulator with a switch element for discharge control as a voltage control element, and an over-discharge detection circuit. The over-discharge detection circuit is turned off and the analog circuit is turned on in a reversal region, and the analog circuit sets the voltage between the load terminals to be a constant voltage.
