KEYPAD FOR PORTABLE TERMINAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a keypad for a portable terminal, for achieving easiness in operation and reduction of erroneous entry, without reducing the functions. SOLUTION: The keypad for portable terminal includes at least a decision key, a call key, a call completion key and numeral keys of 0 through 9. The decision key, call key, call completion key and a numeral key of 5, each have a material or surface roughness different from the material or roughness of the other keys, and a straight line connecting the decision key to the numeral key of 5 crosses at right angles a straight line, connecting the call key to the call completion key.
