Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate sales processing while observing conditions imposed on sales of nonprescription drugs. SOLUTION: An apparatus determines whether sales of commodities sold by salespeople is possible on the basis of a predetermined commodity classification assigned to the commodities to be sold and the sales qualification of the salespeople. The apparatus performs sales processing of sales data about the commodities determined available for sale among commodities sold as one transaction, and excludes sales data from the sales processing about the commodities determined not available for sale.
