TRANSACTION SYSTEM FOR RIGHT TO RECEIVE STOCKHOLDER HOSPITALITY/PROFIT DIVIDEND FOR STOCKHOLDER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop the effects of pushing up a stock price, by providing a system for performing the transaction of a right itself to receive hospitality for stockholders or a dividend in kind to cancel the mismatching of the demand and supply of the hospitality for stockholders and dividend in kind. SOLUTION: A transaction system, with only a right to receive the hospitality for stockholders or dividend in kind as a transaction target, includes: an order receiving part for receiving the electronic signal of the selling order of the right received from a stockholder or the like who has a right to receive the hospitality for stockholders or dividend in kind, and for receiving the electric signal of a buying order of the right received from a person who wants to purchase the right; a trading establishment decision part for determining the establishment of trading by verifying the selling order with the buying order; and an output processing part for transmitting the established trading data to the seller and buyer of the trading, and for transmitting the trading data and data such as attributes related with the seller and the buyer to a stock issue company or the like.
