Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of regenerating an inkjet head in which an ejection defect and ejection impossibility are caused by the fixation of a spacer in a nozzle hole without replacing it with a new inkjet head. SOLUTION: In a method for regenerating the inkjet head 5 having a plurality of nozzle holes 50 for ejecting a spacer liquid containing spacers, the plurality of nozzle holes 50A to 50D of the inkjet head 5 are individually irradiated with a laser beam 20 via e.g. a mask to peel a fixed spacer 15 fixed into e.g. the nozzle hole 50B. After the irradiation with the laser beam 20, the fixed spacer 15 peeled from the inside of the nozzle hole 50B can be washed by a washing liquid and recovered. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
