SOLUTION: A control device 41 acquires a capacity of each of all operating indoor units out of the plurality of indoor units 30, acquires a temperature difference between a suction temperature and a set temperature of each of the all operating indoor units out of the plurality of indoor units 30, calculates an air conditioning load temperature difference by dividing a total value of all of the indoor units 30 of multiplication values of the capacities and temperature differences acquired relative to the respective indoor units 30 by a total value of all of the indoor units 30 of the capacities acquired relative to the respective indoor units 30, and controls an upper limit of a rotating speed of a compressor 12 based on the air conditioning load temperature difference.
