Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a ventilation device capable of reducing running cost and the emission of a carbon dioxide by reducing an energy loss, contributing to the prevention of global warming and achieving a healthy and comfortable living environment. SOLUTION: The ventilation device 1 includes: a body casing 15; a heat exchanger 2; an air supply air course formed in the body casing; an air exhaust air course formed in the body casing; an air blower 3 for air supply provided in the air supply air course; and an air blower 4 for air discharge provided in the air exhaust air course. Heat exchange is performed between an air supply flow and an air exhaust flow in the heat exchanger. The ventilation device further includes: an outside air temperature sensing device 5; and a control device 6 performing control to stop the air blower for air supply or reduce a rotational frequency of the air blower for air supply when an outside air temperature is a preset set temperature and transmitting a switching signal for switching an air supply fan provided in a building where the ventilation device is installed to an operating state.
