Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation structure of a solar cell panel on the outside surface of a building, reducing time and cost required for installation, supporting a heavy panel with a larger surface area and satisfactorily securing the waterproofness and airtightness of a wall of the building. SOLUTION: A panel mounting support member 13 is fixed onto a backing material (a vertical bar 12 and a horizontal rail 22) in a joint 16 of outside panels 14, and the solar cell panel 11 is supported to the outside of the outside panel 14 by holding plates 18A, 18B mounted to the support member 13.
