Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly apply a proper quantity of oil onto a cylindrical inner circumferential surface with a simple mechanism. SOLUTION: The oil is supplied to a plurality of the branched flow paths 32 and is stored in respective branched flow paths 32, and then air is supplied to the plurality of the branched flow paths 32 through a main flow path 31, thereby applying the oil stored in respective branched flow paths 32 onto the cylindrical inner circumferential surface by being pushed out from an injection port. As a result, the oil which is stored uniformly and distributedly in respective branched flow paths 32, can be injected from the injection port.
