SOLUTION: A catheter 1 includes: a tubular sheath 2 with a distal end opening 8; two electrodes 3 and 4 disposed at the distal end of the sheath 2 and electrically insulated from each other; a fixing means 6 for fixing the electrodes 3 and 4 in contact with a treatment region of the target tissue in such a state as positioned to the target tissue; a treatment material feeding part 14 for feeding a treatment material between the electrodes 3 and 4 and the target tissue via the sheath 2 from the distal end opening 8; and a current feeding means 5 for feeding a high-frequency current between the electrodes 3 and 4.
