PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To concentrate dust exhaust matters after diffusion processing on the central side of a transverse flow dust exhaust fan and improve an efficiency of suction and dust exhaust operation to the rearward by the transverse flow dust exhaust fan to improve the dust exhaust effects. SOLUTION: A dust exhaust processing barrel (15) is provided in parallel to a treating barrel (5) rotatably supported inside a treating chamber (3). Between a terminal end of the treating chamber (3) and a transverse flow dust exhaust fan (18), a diffusion processing barrel (20) having substantially the same length as a suction and dust exhaust operating width in the left-and-right direction of the transverse flow dust exhaust fan (18) is rotatably supported in the left-and-right traverse direction. The diffusion processing barrel (20) is configured so that it carries out the diffusion processing while the dust exhaust processing matters from the terminal end of the treating chamber (3) is received and forced toward the center in the left-and-right direction.
