Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact and inexpensive step-up/down switching power supply circuit which is reduced in the number of switching elements and excellent in efficiency. SOLUTION: A step-up/down switching power supply circuit 1 is connected to a diode DIso as to supply current from an inductor LIwhen an N-channel MOS transistor Q1is turned off. A capacitor C2is connected to the other end of an inductor L2, and a diode D3is connected between the connecting point between the other end of the capacitor C2and the other end of the diode D2, and the connecting point between the inductor L1and the N-channel MOS transistor Q1so as to supply current, when the N-channel MOS transistor Q1is turned on. Furthermore, the on/off ratio of the N-channel MOS transistor Q1is changed, to change the voltage generated across the capacitor C2. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
