Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accelerate a hardening rate by irradiation with an electrodeless ultraviolet lamp having higher luminous efficiency to a photoinitiator possessing an absorption wavelength range of 350 to 380 nm. SOLUTION: The electrodeless lamp 100 is constituted so that rare gas and mercury with an enough quantity retainable of an arc discharge are sealed with iron, thallium and halogen into a light-emitting space 114 of an airtight container 11 composed of an ultraviolet ray-transmittable material. When ultraviolet rays are made to emit by irradiation of microwaves to the electrodeless lamp 100 and irradiated on a curing resin composite material containing the photoinitiator having light absorption wavelength range of 350 to 380 nm, an ultraviolet ray possessing higher luminous efficiency is obtained than that emitted by a metal halide lamp with iron and halogen sealed together with mercury in it.
