Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the convenience of content use with respect to a content related menu display method, its program, its device, and a portable terminal device. SOLUTION: A step or a function part (function determination part 10) for determining an available function of a content (12) according to an attribute of the content is included. According to a determination result by the step or function part, a functional item representing the available function of the content is displayed to a screen (display screen 18) displayed when the content is obtained. An available function is determined according to the content attribute to display its functional item on a download display screen when obtaining the content, the function is performed by item selection, and the convenience of content use is enhanced.
